He asks why there are a lot of cases of PUO in the hot season in Zambia (malaria test -ve).

He’d appreciate everyones comments please

Looking at our extreme hot and unbareble season. It’s likely that parasites and bacteria will have a favourable environment to grow. The spread of infection increases, hence increase in cases of Pyrexia of unknown origin. For instance, we can take a look back at the time chorare is common in Zambia. On top of that, low levels of hygiene.
