I contacted Terry about this Michael and he said
‘He can, but not on the VDrs phone. It blocks the download partly due to a lack of space on the phones and partly due to the way SureMDM works.
On his laptop he should right click on the podcast “Download” link and select “Save target as”. This will download the file to his laptop.
On an Android phone he can press and hold on the podcast “Download” link and select “Download link” to download the file’.
